Your Project and how we work

Once you call us your in good hands.  During our initial phone conversation we get to know a little about you, your family, your lifestyle and what your looking to accomplish on your home.   Next we schedule an on-site visit meeting face to face and verifying what you would like.  Then we write a written proposal listed by section, with details, costs and timeline.  Materials are then ordered while we begin prep or demo work, so once they arrive, were ready for them.  And as scheduled your project is completed just as you envisioned.  And we have made a customer for life.

Planning and Preparation

In many cases , especially for small projects, plans and permits are not required.  But when they are we take care of the engineering drawings, production drawings, plans and permits.  And should any sub-contractor be required we handle that too.

Demolition and Construction

During the demolition phase (if any) dust control may be installed.  You may require an EPA inspection on homes built prior to 1985.  We are fully EPA certified for this reason.  Depending on the size of the project, we may require a roll-off to dispose of construction debris.  It may only require bagging of debris.  Should this be the case, we bag all debris and place it to the street for your normal trash collection process.

New Materials are then staged and construction begins and completes.

The Finished Product

During the finishing process things are polished and cleaned.  Systems or appliances and such are gone over with you, so you understand their purpose and operation.  We also remind you to complete and send relative warranty information on your items as necessary.

And we'll see you on your next project.
